Clients use our temporary nanny services for a variety of situations including: date nights, weekends away, school breaks and holidays, when their children are ill, or as backup for their regular childcare provider. We also offer care for out of town guests! We can provide a nanny babysitter to best fit all of your childcare circumstances.
Temporary Nanny Qualifications
Providing nannies that consistently meet our high expectations has been the cornerstone of our success - indeed, our clients demand it. Rest assured, our temporary nannies meet the same high standards as our permanent nannies. Many have worked as educators, career nannies, child care providers, preschool teachers, nursery attendants, and camp counselors. All of our temporary nannies go through the same rigorous screening process as our permanent candidates. To ensure your peace of mind, we perform the following background checks on all candidates:

Comprehensive assessment of driving records for the past 5 years
Thorough criminal check in every state in which the candidate has lived
At least 3 detailed child care reference checks

In addition to completing in-depth application interviews, we require that all candidates meet the following criteria:

3 professional child care references from non-relatives
- At least 2 years experience in child care setting
- Must have own car with full coverage auto insurance
- Proof of legal US citizenship

- Must successfully complete required CPR class
- Must be a non-smoker
- Must be over 18 years old
- High school graduate

$200 initial registration fee to get started with our process. This fee gives you access to our temporary nanny services for an entire year.
- $20 daily placement fee.
- Temporary Nanny salaries range from $15-18 per hour, and are paid directly by you at the time of service with a minimum engagement of 4 hours.
- On-call requests following business hours will be booked at an additional fee.
