<li>3 non-related child-care references: i.e. previous nanny experience, day care, babysitting
<li>High School graduate
<li>At least 18 years of age
<li>Nannies must have own car, with full coverage auto insurance
<li>All candidates must be non-smokers
<li>Commitment of 1 year
<li>Legal U.S. citizen
