Domestic Staffing Qualifications

All outstanding candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 3 professional references from non-relatives
- At least 2 years experience domestic service setting
- Long term commitment required, at least 1 year
- Must have own car with full coverage auto insurance
- Must be a non-smoker
- Proof of legal US citizenship
- Must be over 18 years old
- High School graduate
In addition, all of our candidates must be willing to undergo background and security checks as well as a review of their driving records.
We have an open book policy with all of our families; therefore, all of the information we obtain on your domestic staff is yours to review at any time.

$200 initial registration fee to get started with our process
- Placement fee of $1,000 minimum or 15% of the employee's gross annual salary
- Full time Domestic staff pay rates range from $40K-$100K per year
- Part time Domestic staff pay rates range from $20-$30 per hour, with a minimum engagement of 20 hours per week
- Discounts offered to returning clients
